My Last Card as a Party Planner- PTT # 48

This will be my final posting for Party Time Tuesdays. My term as a design team member has come to an end. I have had a great time working with Jen and I thank her allowing me to be a part of PTT's fabulous team!

Yes, Christmas is over, but I have ONE card ready and waiting for next year!! Woo Hoo!! I'm already ahead of the game! :) The image is from 2 Cute Rubber Stamps, who is a sponsor for this week. Papers are from My Mind's Eye and the ribbon is from 3 Girls Jam, who were both month-long sponsors for December.

Snits and Celebrations...

I spent my last day of spring break stamping in my hide-away. I had a couple digi-images that I've been wanting to do something with and this was my chance.

The first card is using a Mo's Digital Pencil digi-image that I won from them a while back. The image is called Lizzy in a Tizzy. Isn't she adorable! I feel that way sometimes!!!

Weekend Stamping and a Hoedown!

**Blogger has been acting wonky these past few days...I apologize for the paragraphs being all bunched together. I've TRIED to fix it, but once it's published or saved it goes all wonky again...arggghhh!** It was a chilly weekend so I stayed inside and was able to stamp a little. Here are my accomplishments for this weekend: My first card is my submission for the Hambo Hoedown #9- Spring is Marching It's Way in Bright and Hot! Our challenge was to use the cute caterpillar image and the colors bright green and hot pink. Well, trust me when I tell you that my green IS bright, HONEST, but for some reason, it looks very pale in the scan...and I've noticed that the smallest of boo-boos REALLY show up on scans!!! I won't point them out just in case you miss them! :) Maybe I really need to hone up on my camera skills!!

I sent him a card that would have been received in time for his birthday, however, the US Postal Service had other thoughts... Anyway, the mailman brings me my card back, in a baggie- in pieces. I have no idea what happened to it...there were no buttons, there were no brads, there was no bow or extra do-dads...so I don't know what on earth happened to it. So...I needed to make him another card and I found out he is a REALLY big Redskins fan, so I made him this card:

Being a big Ravens' fan, I had a hard time doing this card, so I sure hope he likes it!

I'm Seeing Green...and a HoeDown!

It's Hoedown time again!!! This week's Hambo image is an adorable little hamster leprechaun...check him out! I also submitted this card to The Sisterhood of Crafters challenge to create a St. Patrick's Day card.

The challenge was to use this cute image plus lots of GOLD! Unfortunately, I had used up all of my gold coins on previous St. Patrick's Day projects. For this card, I used gold lame ribbon, a gold Spica pin, and gold metallic paper. Not as much gold as I would have preferred but he IS cute!!
