Happy Fall, Mr. Straw!

Well, tomorrow is the first day of fall...and it's starting to FEEL like fall around Maryland!! There's a nip in the air and the leaves are starting to turn into the beautiful fall colors that I love! Fall is my favorite time of year!

Today's card celebrates those beautiful colors and the coming of fall. This scarecrow image, called Mr. Straw, is the perfect "spokesperson" for the season! He just makes me smile. I hope you enjoy it!!!

Meade Girls' Halloween/Fall Shoebox Swap

I just LOVE getting together with my stamping friends! Yesterday, Amanda and Cindy hosted a Halloween/Fall-themed shoebox swap. What FUN!!! We made some FABULOUS cards and treat holders, played bingo, wore funny hats, had a ribbon challenge, ate and chatted away the day!

This is a peppermint patty holder that I got as a treat from our hostesses:
