Bombshell Stamps holds a design team-only challenge every other month or so to keep the team's creative juices flowing. This time, the team was challenged to create a project using the term "Slippery When Wet" as their inspiration. It could be sexy, it could be "fishy", or it could be nautical...it didn't matter as long as it relates to "wet" in some way.
I went the nautical route with this card:
I love the ship image from the Homeward Bound set so I decided that would be the "wet" for my Slippery When Wet challange.
Check out the Bombshell Stamps blog to see what the other's came up with!

ReplyDeleteCute card Mary & love the embossing! TFS!!!
ReplyDeleteThe sky is really awesome and that is one of my favorite Cuttlebug folders. It goes so well with sea themed cards.
ReplyDeletebeautiful sponging and I love the element the twine gives like the ropes holding up the sails.
ReplyDeleteLove the perky angle of the image panel against the rolling swirls of the embossed background. Gives the feel of movement on the sea.
ReplyDeleteSo fabulous. I love the colors you used.
ReplyDeleteLove the inking around the image. Makes it look like a stormy sky.
