DTBST #123- You've Been Framed!

Happy Thursday, and welcome to another Dare To Be Sassy Thursday! Our challenge this week is to make a card with a frame on it. I had a hard time coming up with an idea for this the end, this is what I created:

I used my Cuttlebug and Nestabilities to cut the scalloped square out of black paper then used my paper cutter to cut out the center to make a frame.   All in all, I guess it didn't turn out too badly.  :)
