The set that I’m giving you a peek at today is called “All Hallow’s Eve”. Included in this set there is a cute witchy-girl on a broom, a scraggily cat, a haunted house, a bubbling cauldron, and a whole bunch of sentiments.
The first card is using the cute witchy-girl. The base card is SU Basic Black. The patterned paper is some I found in the $1.00 bin at Michael’s and is by Colorböc. The image is stamped onto GP110 white CS using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Markers. I used my SU Basic Black marker fine tip to doodle around the edge of the image (to match the doodle design in the patterned paper). The flowers are Primas and the cool green and white striped brads are Reflections. Isn’t she jus t adorable?!?
The second card for today is made using the haunted house image from the All Hallow’s Eve set. The image is stamped onto GP110 white CS using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I chose not to color the image- I thought being black and white gave it a spookier look, and just sponged black ink along the edges of the image panel. Again, the card base is SU Basic Black, layered with Pumpkin Pie and Cast-a-Spell DSP (I just LOVE that DSP!) The black and green organdy ribbons are from Offray.
My last card for today uses the scraggily cat image. The card is 4 x 8-1/2”. I punched out a 1-3/8” circle in a scrap piece of paper, then used that as a “stencil” to sponge the moon onto GP110 white cardstock using SU’s Summer Sun ink. Then I stamped the cat using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it using my Copic W-3 marker. I then stamped “Happy Haunting”, which is actually 2 separate stamps and sponged around the edges of the image using Basic Black ink. Then I paper punched along the edges. The purple brads are from Reflections. The flowers are Primas. All papers are SU (Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie, Green Galore and 2 different patterns of Cast-a-Spell DSP) except for the white which is GP110. (Sorry if this picture is a little blurry- Blogger doesn't seem to like this size card!) EDIT: Looks like Blogger REALLY doesn't like this size card- it's cut part of it off...
