With Valentine's Day being our next card holiday, I decided to make two Valentines using my yet unused "Greeting Card Kids" stamp set from Stampin' Up.
To color or not to color? That was the question...so, I did one card where I colored the image using my Copic Markers, and one card where I left the image uncolored (well, almost!). So, without further adieu, here are my Two 4 Tuesday cards:
On January 15th, I will be attending the next Meade Girls' Shoebox Swap. The red and black card above is the card that I will be taking to the swap for the girls to make. Shhh....don't tell anyone!! :)
Thanks for stopping by. I hope that you've enjoyed my "Two 4 Tuesday" cards today! Hope to see you again soon!!
I love them both, love how you didn't color and just let the heart stand out with the black and white. TFS may have to give that a try.
ReplyDeleteAmazing how different the images look! They're both great cards, but for me the second one has the edge :)
ReplyDeleteToo cute and love that stamp set you used! I may have to try not coloring as well since that heart just jumps off the card...great job!!
ReplyDeleteLove the colored one. Way cute!
ReplyDeleteI was about to say always colour but then I saw the other image and love that too!! Great cards :)
ReplyDeleteSo very cute! I love this stamp set. I have the digital version. You've inspired me. TFS
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute! What a great stamp. So inspiring!
ReplyDeleteAdorable, Mary!!! I can't wait to get that set. Said I didn't "need" it - but, um, I think I lied!!!
ReplyDeleteI won't tell! Love em both! I haven't used this stamp in the set yet but you have inspired me. May ink her up tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteLove your cards. Can't wait for SBS
ReplyDeleteWhoa, Mary, Looks like you got busy. I love both of these. The one with the heart and bow colored is adorable but then I like the other also.
ReplyDeleteLove the new blog design and love both cards...don't have that set but it is adorable!
ReplyDeleteVery lovely, both of them. The colouring is fab on the coloured one - and the understated colouring on the other one is just right!
